2. Participants agreed for the basic criteria of selecting the right sports travel partners:
- The company partner's specialization shall be sports travel.
- The company shall be IATA accredited agent or have proper local travel licence from own country
- The company shall be dynamic, financially sound and of solid reputation.
- Agency should be recommended by minimum one ISTAA member
- The company should be beneficial of contract with federation Or Sport clubs or olympic committee
- Board will listen to all comments, in confidence on new comers, prior to membership
3. Participants created list of follow up Key Tasks.
- integrate and synergize the “Lisbon Group” achievements
- increase number of members by private call and recommendations targeting min one agency per country
- promote ISTAA web site among our existing partners
- fulfill membership form as soon as possible
- exchange list of recommended partners
- give feedback of the conclusions and definitions circulating among ISTAA members
4. Participants agreed to establish Board of Directors of ISTAA consisting of participants of Warsaw meeting:
- Ms. Snezana Malusevic, Director, PLAVI PLAVI, Serbia
- Mr. Ori Barak ,Operation Manager ISSTA SPORT, Israel
- Mr. Andrew Sullivan, Director, P&A SULLIVAN, Malta
- Mr. Jerzy Piotr Pronobis, President of Club & Travel, Poland
- Mr. Razvan Ivanescu, Events Manager, DANCO PRO, Romania
- Mr. David Segel, Managing Director, WEST END TRAVEL,UK
- Mr. Zbigniew Wróbel ( Vice President Club&Travel) became President of ISTAA ,
- Mrs. Barbara Dziedzic (Dir. General Club & Travel) became Secretary General of ISTAA.
